Refunds and cancellations
Pre-launch legal draft: The limited company is not yet incorporated. Registered company details and final legal and data-processing checks are required before accepting live customer orders.
Last updated: 3 November 2026. These provisions describe how Simrove intends to handle cancellations and refunds. The final digital-supply checkout consent wording must be tested and approved before live sales.
Non-delivery and faulty plans
If you do not receive an eSIM, it does not match the description, or the digital service fails to work as required, contact support. We will investigate and offer the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund as appropriate.
Changed your mind?
UK consumers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases, subject to the rules for digital content and services. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right can be lost after supply begins only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. For services, different rules may apply. We will not claim that scanning or receiving a QR code automatically removes your statutory rights.
Unused or activated eSIMs
Eligibility depends on the plan's delivery and activation state, whether it has been used, and the reason for the request. We will assess requests fairly and will never apply a blanket no-refund rule to override statutory remedies.
How to request a refund
Email support@simrove.com with the order reference, device model, destination and a brief description of the problem. We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting details. Never send passwords or full card numbers.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. Bank and card-provider processing times vary. If your complaint is unresolved, you may have additional rights under consumer law.
