Privacy notice

Pre-launch legal draft: The limited company is not yet incorporated. Registered company details and final legal and data-processing checks are required before accepting live customer orders.

Last updated: 3 November 2026. This notice applies to the Simrove travel eSIM website and services. The proposed limited-company operator's registered name, company number and registered office will be inserted once confirmed, before live trading begins. Contact support@simrove.com for privacy enquiries.

What information we use

Depending on how you interact with Simrove, information may include your name, email address, selected destinations and plans, order reference, transaction status, eSIM delivery and activation details, support messages, account information, device compatibility details you provide, and website security logs. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe rather than stored as full card numbers by Simrove.

Why we use it

Suppliers and recipients

To provide the service we may use Stripe for payments, eSIM Access for eSIM fulfilment, Resend for transactional email, Supabase for application data and Vercel for hosting. Sharing is limited to information needed for their functions. The final processor inventory, agreements and roles must be verified before launch.

International transfers

Some providers or their subprocessors may handle information outside the UK. Where UK transfer restrictions apply, appropriate safeguards and transfer risk assessments are required. Specific transfer destinations and safeguards remain subject to verification.

How long we keep data

We retain records only for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements. Accounting and tax records may need to be kept for several years; support, security and marketing records should have separate documented retention schedules. Exact retention periods will be published after the operational retention review.

Your rights

Subject to applicable exceptions, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to certain processing, request portability and withdraw consent. Email support@simrove.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Security and changes

We use access controls and secure communications appropriate to the service. This notice will be updated if the business entity, suppliers or processing activities change.
